I liked the dentist alright but the office staff is just as important as the dentist and I found the office manager to be less than sincere. I had a cleaning appointment there and could not make it. I called Holly and she was quick to add that there would be a $25 dollar fee for cancelling! I have NEVER had an office do me that way and I have had alot of dental work done in my time. I was shocked as I had always been prompt at my appointments and kind to the staff. Therefore, there are some issues I would like to address with the dentist himself but am having difficulty getting a return call from him. Whether it is the office manager not giving the dentist the message or whether he is choosing to back his office manager, I'm not sure. EITHER reason is not acceptable. Because the office manager and I 'don't like each other' doesn't mean I should not be able to speak to the dentist regarding work I have had done and...I might add...paid alot of money for. I will not return to this dentist for any future work but feel I should be able to continue to call on him if need be for the work already performed.
