Don't like to complain, however my 100+ year old aunt lost 2 crowns recently. Since we have gone to Dr. Daniak (his wife), I called Dr. Moe's office. She had NO PAIN. $605 later - he took a full mouth x-ray and a CT scan. Then scheduled extractions. I took her to our primary physician because I was concerned about extractions at her age. He referred me to his DDS - took 2 spot x-rays of those areas - turns out - one tooth root has had a root canal, so will NEVER get an infection. The other tooth root is so so well-contained, that he recommended periodic x-ray or that area or if she feels discomfort. Total bill this week was $800 to be assured that my first response was to do nothing! Costly assurance. Out of my personal pocket, by the way, since my aunt has very limited income.

Very unfriendly staff!! Dr, Moe knows this but continues to allow this behavior. Very unprofessional.

Taking me as an emergency was good time.The staff is nothing to be thrilled about.The last time I dealt with him was through his wife.She had me pay for a consultation,then after seeing her,she referred me to her husband for another copay for a consultation.I didn't go.I thought that was inappropriate to charge me twice.Had another visit,with a severe emergency.Got in the chair and then was told my insurance was cancelled.Not one iota of caring about the seriousness of the problem I had.All they said was they want the bill PAID before anything was done.All they care about is the almighty $.When I returned to my reg dentist we found out my insurance was changed to a LOT BETTER insurance a few weeks ago w/o my knowledge.No one informed me.If Dr.Moe's office actually gave a crap,they would have called my previous insurance and found that out,instead of having me crying to my car.I have to say never would I recommend this office to ANYONE.The prices are absolutely unaffordable even with insurance,and the staff made me feel like a nobody.I could have actually lost my life with the problem I have.Thank God my regular dentist office helped me thru it all and went BEYOND anything to call and get my new ins.carrier and get me antibiotics.They are the best office around I have EVER seen.I will give them an outstanding review.Dr.Moe can keep collecting his thousands knowing that he could have let a patient die.All because of the almighty dollar in his pocket.Now he is in Estero ready to screw other patients..

I was reading the reviews on Dr Moe and was kind of spectacle on scheduling an appointment. I went ahead and decided to make one anyways because they took my insurance. I am glad I came in! Thank you Dr Moe and your wonderful staff for being able to answer my questions & solve all my concerns.

After being afraid of the dentist for several years, I was horrified when I learned I was being referred to a new dentist office that specialized in oral & maxillofacial surgery for removal of my wisdom teeth. From my first visit with Dr. Moe to my last follow up, Dr. Moe was incredibly kind and provided me with detailed information and instructions regarding the entire process. I had all four wisdom teeth removed by him, and I can honestly say I've had fillings in the past by other dentists that have hurt more than these extractions & their recovery. The office was very clean and the staff was warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for clean, friendly, and professional service!

From the first call to my follow up appointment their care was exceptional. My insurance was verified before my appointment and I knew my copay for surgery right after my consult. Everything was explained to me thoroughly from the surgery to the cost to what to expect after my extractions. Dr moe even called me the night after my surgery to check on my progress. No other doctor has ever done that before! Highly recommend this office!!! :)

Called in with a toothache. the lady was very nice and got me in right away. Was put to sleep and had the tooth out with no problems. Very nice staff and doctor. Best part is they take insurance!!!

Very rude person on the phone. I tried to make an appointment for my step daughter to have wisdom teeth removed. The girl was short and rude even sounded as if she didn't even want to see us after she found out what insurance she had. I told her that it is fine for us to pay fully out of pocket and get reimbursed for insurance and that we had care credit. I was then told that we would have to pay 10% additional fee for using care credit. I was still going to bring her in because she was in pain but the girl rudely said she would not even make me an appointment until she verified insurance. I told her if I am paying out of pocket 100% what does her insurance verification matter. She was rude again. At this point I no longer wanted to bring my daughter in and I informed the employee that it is not legal to pass a percentage fee onto the patients she then told me that "yes it is the doctor pays care credit 20% he makes you pay 10 of it and he pays 10" I work with care credit at my employer and I know that the fee is only 5% if the patient uses 6 months no interest. SCAM artist. If you don't want to pay the care credit fees don't offer it!!!! I would not even take my dog to this "surgeon". I am only thankful that enough red flags went off on the in initial phone call to stop me from going through with an actual procedure.
