Forced to go to him due to workers comp. Impersonal, more interested in what he could bill outside of WC after treatment done. I have had to go to another dentist to fix his shoddy work.

My experience with this office was not only informative but also educational. In all my years of going to dental offices, this is the only office that educate the patients when informing of what is needed and why. The Hygienist Moises is so nice, and handled my children with great care. The staff is very nice and caring.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

I have never seen a more money hungry dental office in my life. I went in because my wife found a living social deal for a cleaning. On top of the living social deal, the cleaning was an additional $200. They gave a lame excuse that it was a thorough cleaning and it costs more. Then the dentist persuaded me that one of my old fillings need to be replaced and that a cavity was forming. I did not see anything on the screen showing a cavity but I went along with it. This cost an additional $350. A month later I went in because my tooth was hurting when I chewed. The dentist grinded the tooth down. Three months later I'm still having intense pain when I chew. I returned to the dentist and they immediately want to put a crown on and said my tooth is cracking. They came at me with a price sheet of $1500, but said they will take off the money I already paid for the filling. The first day I walked in, the front desk high fived the Dentist and said, "Let's make some money today". I didn't find that very professional. All I wanted was a teeth cleaning and three months later I am stuck with an unbearable pain as I am not about to shell out more money for something this dentist caused in order for him to make more money. There was zero pain in that tooth, and zero cavity. I went to another dentist who said this Dentist is known for over drilling teeth in order to get more money out of his clients. This is going to be a mess as now I had to hire an attorney. I am warning you, this place is not worthy of your time. I don't want anyone else to be in the situation I am in as I absolutely hate seeing people get taken advantage of and this time it happened to be me. DO NOT GO HERE. There's your warning.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Whatever technology they were using was one of the best I. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Everyone is warm and friendly, the hygienist is the best Don't change a thing! See you soon,Smiling from ear to ear ;)

I went in for a cleaning. I have not had a cavity for 45 years, but Dr. Etessam said that I needed $2,000 worth of work. I get my teeth cleaned at least once a year as I have done for many years. When the technician cleaned my teeth, she did a very poor job. I can still feel tarter and did not get that “clean teeth feeling” that I have had with all prior cleanings. Now I will have to get my teeth cleaned again due to their poor work.
