Arrived at 2 pm for a 3:30 vasectomy, only to be told by an incredibly rude nursing staff that the doctor was running THREE HOURS late. They then proceeded to lie to a lobby of angry patients that they had called everyone on the schedule that day - something I quickly disproved by checking my home call log. The head nurse was nothing but pure attitude, and did nothing to assure anyone that their concerns were valid. They also lied to me about sedating me for the procedure (the whole reason I had fasted all day long) and never even gave me a pill promised to help relax me. I will now be testing myself every six months with the FDA-approved kit to make sure I'm still "firing blanks," and that this office didn't mess anything else up. STRONGLY discourage anyone from booking with this office!
