I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. After I got into the appointment room, they didn't come in for an extremely long time. I waited alone in there forever. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
