They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

My children are 14 and 16. Dr. Soler has been their pediatrician since birth. There is always someone available when we have needed care. I've never doubted their abilities. They have really great customer service and they always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Doctor is nice. I have bad experience with their accounting department. They are not willing to work with you on paying the bill. I was in communication with them that I am working to get approved for medicaid. They obviously didn't care to set up any payments plans while I am in a wait from the state to get the coverage. They didn't contact me when they sent the bill to the collection agency. Today I called in with the approved insurance that pays back three months of bills.I also asked to make sure they didn't report me to the collections. They DID without calling me to set up the payment plan -- what medical institutions suppose to do first!!!! Even though I like the doctor but I don;t want them to receive about 500 dollar for every visit from the state either.
Does anyone know other good pediatricians in town that do not belong to Springfield Clinic?
