Worst pediatric clinic ever. My kids suffered for it. My daughter coughed and had breathing issues for a year straight and I kept taking her back. She didn't get diagnosed with asthma until I took her to another pediatrician. My son had an even worse time. When he was born he had eczema and they told me it was cradle cap. What they told me to put on it burned his skin. Also he had so many ear infections and they did not reccommed tubes. He is now language delayed because of this. They never kept good records and did not read the chart when you saw them. I am mad at myself for staying there for so long.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I left feeling very encouraged. Their staff is very friendly and professional. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
