He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I was extremly upset with the appointment I had with Dr. Kniffin. She was very rude and does not empathize with her patients at all. In fact, she was very harsh and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never go to her again, and would advice anyone not to go and see her.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about her qualifications. Dr. Kniffin does not listen or empathize with patient needs, concerns, or suggestions. Her primary concern was that the appointment be kept at 15 minutes regardless of the severity of my needs. This is not an adequate amount of time for a patient that needs to have medication and dosages changed. Meeting with this Doctor was not only not helpful but I felt degraded and worse off after meeting with her. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Look somewhere else.
