The wait is always LOOOOOOONG. I have never gotten in anywhere close to my scheduled time. And if you think the waiting room is a long wait, you sit even longer in the room.

Other than the wait, the experience is not bad.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Kelly. She never bothered to learn my name, spent more time asking how I did my hair than actually examining me, and never saw me on time. I often sat in the waiting room for over an hour.

At one point during my pregnancy, I was told at a sonogram that my baby had no visible stomach, had a hole in his heart, and cysts on his kidneys. They scheduled an appointment with a specialist a week later who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my child.

Dr Kelly seemed to find any reason possible to send me in for extra sonograms despite there being nothing wrong with my baby. During my 39th week, she sent me in for a sonogram because my uterus wasn't measuring up any higher - why would it? The baby had already dropped? It seemed as though she was much more interested in billing my insurance unnecessarily than actually taking care of me or my baby.

When I actually gave birth, she spent the first 3/4 of the appointment on her cel phone - no joke. She left the room to take yet another phone call, at which time the nurse told me that my son would be born within the next 10 minutes as quickly as things were progressing. When she came back from her call, Dr Kelly made the decision to use forceps instead of letting me push even though I'd only been pushing for 10 minutes prior to her phone call. Dr Kelly also ended up cutting me much more than was actually necessary and charged me for the repair of a 4th degree tear - I didn't tear! I was cut!

I would never go back to Dr Kelly - nor would I recommend her.
