The place was easy to get to, with ample parking. I wasn't greeted right when I walked in, but shortly afterwards I was called to the window to fill out new patient paperwork. I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, then another 5 in the room after the nurse had taken my vitals. That is simply impressive. I have never in my life had that short of a wait time. Dr. Ali was friendly, smiling, answered any questions I had, told me what to expect in subsequent visits, and told me how often I'd be seeing her. The one thing I hated was some other people in the waiting room, throwing around the "f" word, among others. I thought that was extremely tacky, but has no bearing on how I feel about Dr. Ali. I will continue to use her practice for this pregnancy.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room?
Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in
