They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I have been with this group of Doctors since my first child was born 21 years ago and have always been satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism.
