There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have it. However - I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. They were short and curt. They didn't seem to want to listen. They didn't tell me any of the possible side effects of my medication, or any of the risks. I got the impression that they have been around a bit too long in their profession and as a result had reached the level of no longer careing much.
