I was emotionally scarred and felt violated by the unnecessary and unwarranted Cesarian section he performed on me simply because my pregnancy went to 42.5 weeks. Midwives? They abandoned me too as soon as they hooked me up to monitors. I never saw them again. The nurses dragged me on my back into the OR as soon as my water begging for a chance to just push and let normal labor happen on its own. He said NO, I'm the doctor you do as I say. Never mind that my support team was telling him, reminding him, that I wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. All that for a NORMAL HEALTHY pregnancy that was without complications! Stay well away from this guy and his "midwives".

i don't know who these people are reporting on. Dr. Smith retired abruptly in May, 2011.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
