Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
