They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. office is clean and Dr Jha is very professional.you do have to pay your copay etc which I think everybody should. They do sqeeze some walkins but I think I think if I am very sick I would rather see my doctor with some wait then see somebody else.

They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly Dr. Jha treated me. He made feel like an idiot. The waiting area here is rather cramped. One or two people had to stand because they had walk-ins come in while others were waiting for scheduled appointments. I felt like the Dr. was trying to push meds on me that I didn't need. The lady at the front desk is very rude and pushy. If I didn't pay up front, I felt I would not only not be seen but like she might lash out at me.
