Dr. Kopjas is wonderful feel he is always striving to give the best care my only problem is when trying to call the office 9 times out of 10 the line is busy for hours on end I have in the past tried calling on my way to the office and even sat out side the office only to be receiving a busy line upon walking in you do not hear one phone ringing I feel that sometimes the staff feel they are "too busy" to answer other than that I would give out a perfect rating
