I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I have gone to Dr. Lerner for many years now, he is thorough, informed and a great diagnostician. When I have needed a specialist, I have always been more than satisfied with his recommendations. If someone was looking for a doctor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Lerner.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
