The waiting time is usually a bit of a wait but I mostly find it acceptable because I know that this provider will take whatever time that is necessary to give full value. Great bedside manor will almost always put the Dr. behind schedule, in my opinion much better than the other way around! Most of the staff are great, but here is one women up front that seems like she rather be any place but there, unfortunately. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being.

Dr. Nelson and his staff make you feel warm and kind and are open to questions. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
