Dr Vetrone did not spend more than 5 minutes with my daughter who was having chest pain after waiting in the room for almost 1 hr. Horrible bedside manners< not sure if this is her norm or maybe she was having a Bad day.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Glad to find Dr. Vetrone at Elmhurst Clinic will be following Her from Downers Grove. I have been a paitent for many years and enjoy the professional, sincere way I have always been cared for.

Laura Vetrone cares and is extremely knowledgeable. What more could you want in a doctor? She will take the time to call you after hours. She is very friendly, and will work with you as to the best medication/treatment rather than shoving her preferred method down your throat. She recently moved her office from Downers Grove to Elmhurst, and I am following her there even though it is quite a bit farther for me.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
