The doctors here are great. The nurses and office staff are very nice. They work great if you don't really ever need anything other than an occasional check-up or to go in when you're sick. Getting things taken care of other than that, they are AWFUL. On multiple occasions they have messed up the quantity of my prescription. In addition, they told me that they had sent in a prior authorization form, and 2 months later, it still hasn't been sent and I have to KEEP requesting that they do it. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. STAY AWAY if you have anything that can be considered slightly out of the norm.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
