Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

He has been my doctor for years and always makes me feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to listen to what is going on. I have never felt rushed or frustrated after an appointment like I have with other doctors. My son was always afraid of doctors when he was little but Dr Shnurman and his staff were great with him and made him feel at ease. It didn't take long for him to lose his fear. I think that says it all.
