Dr. Hall was incredibly inappropriate and could have gone about his questions and comments in many different ways. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable but he also made a comment about my physical appearance- my belly button piercing. When completing my physical exam he lifted up my shirt and said "I wish I got to you before you did this". Upon asking about my sexual activity for which I said I was with one male who is my significant other, he went on to say, "I'm going to ask you a question that is going to make you hate me and probably cause you to never come back". He went on to ask me, "So, are you his only partner?" "How do you know? You don't". "You don't know where he is at or what he is doing and you never will." He had many other similar comments and questions to make that were uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that he is a physician and he feels the need to educate and provide possible explanations but there are other ways to do such thing. He asked/ commented on this to me possibly over ten times. I mentioned at one point that my mom is his patient and he went on to say, "I can't tell you if she is. What if you told me you had 4 abortions and then I accidently said something to her and she didn't know?"
He was right on one thing, I will be finding another physician who is respectful and professional.
