Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE! Def. NOT COMING BACK! Had a dentist appointment for a regular cleaning, came in 10 minutes before hand to fill out any paperwork etc. Had to WAIT an HOUR AND 30 MINUTES until I was seen from my appointment time!!! Once seated we didn't even do the cleaning but only the x-ray scans! Waited another 15-20 minutes in the cleaning chair to find another person beside me in the room waiting also. We had a conversation about how ridiculous this was. Walked to the front desk in leaving as I had to pick up my kids from school. The staff were very rude and unprofessional also at this location, not only were they disrespectful but didn't care about what I went through as a Client/Customer. Saw the other women also leave behind me due to the >2 hour wait for a regular cleaning.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Completely!
Does this orthodontist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
