I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. my 8,000 dollar crowns came off twice,I was told tough luck,go find the dentist that used to work for them and let him fix them. I paid my money to sunrise and I expect them to fix my teeth as they have come off again. Teeth should stay cemented for life as I was promised by the staff at sunrise At present my 3 front teeth have come off and I look like something out of a horror movie with jagged pieces of teeth that appear to be rotten,I was told it was impossible to decay once crown were placed on what was left of my teeth and I was also told I could eat anything and they would not break,I broke one eating a tootsie roll and all they had to say was too bad.

I had 14 upper teeth pulled and dentures made . Being extremely vervous , I had put this off for quite awhile . Finally went to Sunrise in Leesburg for prices and info. they beat everyones price and Dr Kenya Jones did an awesome job of relaxing me before during and after the procedure . All the office staff has been extremely nice and professional for I go back every now and then for adjustments . They made this , what I thought was going be hell , a very comfortable procedure with no pain or dicomfort .

The staff seemed rushing you in and out. The office is dirty with cobwebs and dust everywhere, mismatching chairs, needs paint. There is no privacy from other patients when the doctor is discussing what she finds with you. I don't think the staff really is very experienced and I heard one of them making a negative comment about the doctor. I didn't feel welcome there, I felt like a bother. The doctor didn't take the time to explain and left me with an assistant who was short with me probably because I had the free office visit and wasn't paying. I won't go back.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
