went here for a second opinion on a filling that had fallen out. they convinced me to go with a crown, which they would guarantee for 1 year only. I thought this was a minimum but I had other crowns that were over 10 years old. a few months after this new crown was done, one of my old crowns fell out. I returned to Sunrise to have it cemented back in. I was advised that more work needed to be done but if I wanted it to just be cemented in as is, no guarantee on how long it would last. I had it cemented back in and it lasted about 1 hour, for $89. went back and they re-cemented it and this time, it lasted 24 hours. can't really appreciate this kind of value.

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Yes, but it stopped within a few hours

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
