No. It took me several times to get through.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
