Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
