This Dental Care provider can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! The waiting room furniture looked mostly clean. This provider's waiting room was very pleasant and the chairs were inviting. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. I have been able to get work done with minimal anesthesia whereas in other places I need to get knocked out! I develop anxiety with Dentist, but not here.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

The initial paperwork was full of typos and did not have a professional feel to it. The Dr.'s Grandchild who is probably just old enough to run around has the office as his daycare. The exam room is one giant room with 3 chairs that are all side by side so you can watch the other patients. I witnessed the Dr. with gloved hands turn away from a patient to open a bag of food for the child (who has free range in the exam room as well) and then pick him up and introduce him to the patient he was working on, set the kid down, and then go right back to work putting his fingers in her mouth. I'm a single mom so I am not a child hater, but for the love of all that is holy, put that kid in daycare. What if he runs around and falls into grandpa when he is using a needle or a drill on someone????

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
