I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always made sure that my daughter wasn't in any pain. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I would recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone. My daughter is a teenager and she doesn't want to leave this office!

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.
