I have had terrible experiences with this office. too much to list here but Fidel refuses to give pain medication, he poked me in the eye with his finger, he burned my lips with the polisher, he messed up two crowns, he accused me of not biting down on the wax impression he messed up 4 times.
I called and asked for the dentist to call me but never received a call back. I have been in a lot of pain and discomfort because of this place.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
