They do anything to get you into their office. Real nice and are real nice to get a good review from you on their review site. Then you get the bill. Ha ha. They advertised $79 cleanings and xrays and told us if we billed our insurance they would not charge us additional fees or copays. The bill for a cleaning and and xrays? $584!!!! BEWARE before you go to this dentist. Inflated bills. I have called the office 3 times to get this the amount over what the insurance covered refunded as they had agreed to both me and my husband in the first place and I get the run around. They tell me the dentist is busy and they put me on hold for a long time and then tell me the dentist is gone. Wonder why they are not with the BBB. I filed a complaint. If you go here, good luck when you get the bill.

I can't believe this review posted below me, are you sure we are talking about the same office? I have been going to Dr. Spence Williams' office for over 6 years, and could never say enough great things about her, or her staff! She is a wonderful dentist, with a great bed side manner, but her staff, is amazing! From the moment I work in the door I feel so relaxed and at ease. They are professional, funny, and helpful! Its as if you are visiting a friends house that you haven't seen in a while, besides the drilling part. Yes, I do think the chop-shops down the road may cost a less, but you cant beat the comfort of knowing you are being treated by such trained professionals! I would (and have) recommended her to every person I know! every time I get a compliment on my smile, I cant help but be grateful for Dr Spence and her outstanding team!

While Dr. Williams' clinical dentistry is fine, her "chairside" manner is awful, exceeded only by her staff's jekyll and hyde personality. They will do anything to get you into the office and start treatment, but once begun, the story changes quickly. They promise and promise and can't deliver, prices and "discounts" change on a whim. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. There are plenty of wonderful, caring dentists in the area. Don't be fooled.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They lie about what insurance they accept and refer everything out that isnt easy money.
