They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, some very nice and helpful. Others, not so nice. I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Koch is a great doctor and I'm so glad I found him! Beautiful new office! Love the colors!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
