Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. As far as the waiting rooms goes, the chairs they provide are so-so. I wasn’t extremely uncomfortable, but it would be nice to sit in something a little better. I have had my braces on for four years and the only thing that remained constant was a rude dentist. Everytime I came the staff was different and she got offended when you asked questions about the work your paying $4000 for. When my braces were removed I told her my teeth still appeared buck and she said no there not you don't know what you talking about and you should have gotten teeth removed. However when I reminded her of the conversation we had where I asked if my teeth needed to be removed ( my wisdom). She then stated oh you are a rare case you did not need your teeth removed. Which is it I asked then she became very rude. Do not waste your time visiting this facility how you start is how you finish.

I had my braces removed one month ago. I have to wear upper and lower retainers pretty much non-stop since that time. I have noticed that when I remove my lower retainer a small gap starts to form between two of my front teeth. When I went to visit the orthodontist today I advised her of the problem. I asked if this (gap) would continue or if, after wearing the retainer longer, I should expect the movement to stop. I even asked if a permanent retainer might solve the problem. She stated that the problem with a permanent retainer was that it couldn't just come off....it would be permanent, like braces. I thought, wow, does she really think that I am that stupid. I get it, permanent retainers can't be taken out. Then she explained that I could expect the gapping to continue. I advised her that I didn't want my teeth to have a gap. She then told me that if I didn't want to see a gap between my teeth that I should not look at them. She stated that they were my lower teeth and that no one was going to see them except for me anyway. After spending over $4000 on orthodontic care, I don't want to hear my doctor say that I should basically just get used to having a gap between my teeth. I want my teeth to be straight and without any gaps...a good orthodontist should want the same thing!
