I hadnt been to a dentist for 12 yrs after the HIV scare came out. I then went to Dr. A ( thats what I call him) & have been going since. His staff is awesome & so friendly. There have been several occasions via a lost filling or tooth breakage where they have taken me in that same day within hours to fix my issue. They call in advance to let u know what charges & balances will be owed if insurance doesn't cover the full cost. Love Dr. A & his staff. AWESOME.... no complaints here.

The dentist and staff were great. I don;t like their billing practices. They over charge and then kee the remainder of the balance overpaid. They also do not tell you that you have a refund waiting, you have to ask.

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
