Dr. Carney has been my physician for more than 20 years. I still continue to be impressed at the breadth of her knowledge and how thorough she is in her attention and diagnosis. She takes the time to listen. She knows that is is an important part of her care and the cure. She has my complete confidence.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
