Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
