I left my appointments multiple times feeling scared and confused about my condition. It seemed to me that the doctor cared for me but definitely dragged on my treatment for longer than it should've taken to after multiple attempts with no progress. I felt comfortable with her but felt she was holding back her knowledge for my treatment. After months of trying to treat my symptoms she knew what was wrong but withheld telling me exactly what it was by giving me the scientific names for what I had and telling me to, "look it up" over the phone. I had to ask her directly what was going on before I got an answer. The receptionists have been rude on multiple phone calls I have made to the office and have actually put off making appointments because of it.

It was my first time going to the dermatologist today and Dr. Maria Al Basha and her co-workers made me feel so comfortable. I was pleased with the respect and service I got. I will definitely be coming back!
