Their office was pleasant. I had an appointment, and they called and rescheduled it but I eventually got in. The doctor and her assistant were very qualified and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff is pretty slow. I will refer my friends and family here, as Dr. Albasha took the time to answer all of my questions. I think more people should know about them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. This was my first visit to Dr. Albasha.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. Dr Al Basha appears to only be concerned about the money and will try to eek out every bit she can. she was a no show for one of my appointments but the staff said she didn't really need to be there - then her office called me to schedule an appointment to see her. When I came for that appointment neither her staff or the doctor herself could tell me why I was there! But -- they still billed my insurance for that visit. Very odd.
