The experience I had at this doctor's was terrible, the kind that make you HATE the medical profession. I had to wait almost 4 WEEKS to get an appointment. My only option was over my lunch hour at work, so I took it.

I arrived 20 minutes early, as prompted, only to wait 5 minutes before being helped. Once the front desk gave me the paperwork I was to fill out, I sat down in the waiting room, and noticed I was the youngest person there by about 40 years (no kidding). The other patients were in their 70's / 80's or worse. I was also greeted by ear splitting blues music, blaring from the overhead system. I realize everyone else might have been hard of hearing, but I wasn't (well, until after leaving that office!!!)

My appointment time came and passed... I waited, IN the waiting room, for almost an hour after my scheduled time. Then, finally after I'd complained twice, I was put in a room, only to wait another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. I expressed my anger at having had to wait (and be late for work), and she didn't seem to care.

While I feel she paid attention to my issue, she didn't resolve it. She said she wanted to consult with my regular doctor, and that she would call me later in the day. It's been several days since then, and she hasn't bothered to contact me, although I have left a message with her office.

Do yourself a favor - find a doctor who cares about their patients, and go somewhere far, far away from here.
