The first time I was seen it took me 45 minutes to get in a room. Once I was in a room it was another 45 minutes. The lights in the room are on a timer and the lights went out so I had to get up and motion to the sensor that I was still in the room. Then a nurse came in to say that the doctor will be in shortly. Another 20 minutes later. She saw me for about 3 or 4 minutes and never answered all my questions. Just gave me cream. I went back for a recheck and asked for a new cream only they prescribed a med that cost $300, name brand which I told her my insurance would not pay for. I asked her 3 times for a generic, stronger but different cream. The second office visit was about the same length of time. Acted liked she didn't care and couldn't be bothered with me. The office said they would send it over to the pharmacy right away. It has been 48 hours and I am still waiting. The pharmacist at the store had to tell me what to use to help me until the cream is ordered. I have never had a doctor or a nurse or medical staff do this ever. I am very upset. This should not happen.

Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I feel like my appointment was pointless.
The absolute worst part about the appointment was that I waited 1 hour 20 minutes to see the doctor. No explanation or apology was offered by staff or doctor.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
