Never going back. Dr. Jones is either deaf or just rude. He never even acknowledged my concerns and then botched my excision...after removing the sutures the wound re-opened and had the medical staff wondering why he didn't put more sutures in the area. I have no faith in him and will never be back.

If you are looking for someone to care at all about what might be ailing you, look elsewhere. The Dr spent about 5 minutes with me and sent me on my way more confused than when I arrived. A very frustrating appointment. I will never see Dr Jones again, there are too many other doctors out there that do seem to care about their patients to have to put up with this.

They barely gave me any information at all. I have had to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was nice enough when I checked in, but was unable to answer questions about test results later. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I was put on an antibiotic that caused such terrible side effects that I have paid thousands of dollars in ongoing medical care and my problem is still not solved. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, I was given inaccurate test results, and I felt worse when I left.
