He is always more than happy to answer my questions and gives good explanations. That comes easy to him because he is very qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. In my experience he is uniformly attentive, helpful and unrushed. On a practical note, there is lots of available parking near the office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
