It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I used this doctor and he butchered me. now will not even see me let along talk to me. I am called Frankenstein's wife I am so ashamed. He should never do cosmetic surgery if he does everyone as he did me.I am disgusting to look at, all I do is cry anymore. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR THESE DOCTORS
