Dr. Wilson was very nice and thorough when I had my pre-op consultation appointment. The day of surgery, he was equally pleasant but understandably less engaged in chit-chat. The follow up appt was with his PA, who was not exactly condescending- but he did talk to me like I was not smart enough to use appropriate medical terminology. He used a lot of analogies, none of which were actually comparable to my situation. Furthermore, the PA did not have my chart in front of him for the follow up appt- just a piece of paper to make notes from that visit-- and when I questioned him about one of my lab results, he was insulted when I asked that he go get my chart. To top it off, he was unapologetic when he realized he had read the notes/report incorrectly and that my results were different than he originally thought. I would go back to their office but I would request to see a different person for the follow up.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love Dr. Wilson. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that he were using the latest treatment methods. His follow-up is thorough, but he doesn't waste your time either...his appointments are kept on time. Plus, bottom-line, his surgical results are fantastic. He is the BEST!
