The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan.
