Wonderful experience at this practice! We were a new patient and my four year old was surprisingly very cooperative...which I attribute to their demeanor and kindness to her...it was just different than most medical staff...I think because they took extra time with her and made her feel reassured, despite her nervous feeling (about having never been there before).
