The average wait plus visit at this office all together is approximately 2 hours. They are very respectful and helpful to you and your child's needs. The only thing I would change is there same day service for a sick child because you have to call the same day to make an appointment for your sick child and hope that they can get you in the same day. Also, I wish they were open on Saturdays as well. However, I would definitely recommend them to other parents seeking a pediatrician.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
