The Jonesboro office is conveniently located near my home and Southern Regional hospital. The staff is very nice. There has been a staff change with the physicians so we have not seen the same provider at each visit which can be stressful.

The doctor was pleasant and nice to my son. But her staff was just plain horrible. The nurse was rude. It was my first time here at this office instead of the mcdonough clinic and the nurse spoke to me in a rude way expecting me to undress my baby and take him to the scale. I had NO idea where the scale was. I had to come up front to ask WHERE they wanted my undress son at. BTW it was winter and cold. The nurse attitude is like she does not like her job period. Top it off she rough handled my baby without a care in the world throwing him down on the bed harshly instead of gently. This clinic is also outdated and dirty. Using OLD equipment and methods.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I had a scheduled appt for my daughter and we didnt get seen until and hour and a half later and the doctor only looked at her for 5 minutes. THE WORSE PROVIDERS AND FACILITY IVE EVER BEEN TOO. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Dr. Coleman is the rudest woman in the world. I never in my life dealt with a doctor like her. She is horrible. I even noticed my kids don't like her. She treat and talk to her staff any kind of way. I wonder why they put up with that short runt. Dr. Morales is a very nice man and the other doctor there it's that woman. I over heard her own staff talking about how much they don't like her. The whole office is scared of her. I hate going to that office looking at her ugly face, that's why I left that office. The office is dirty andthe floors are horrible.



They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction.
