One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. My child absolutely loves James Gilbert III, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Definitely not. They didn't know anything about child safety or nutrition
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Yes
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive
