Dr. Long has been my dentist for many years and I always recommend him to all of my friends and family. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad dentist experience in my life.

I've been going to Dr Long for over 20 years. He and his staff are the best. They are extremely caring and always look out for my best interests. Dr Long does not try to recommend procedures that I don't need. I totally trust him with my dental care.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Dr. Long and his staff are top notch! They are kind, courteous, empathetic, professional and up on the latest in the field. I feel very welcomed and comfortable and I never have to wait but a few minutes at the most. His work is superb and I am happy with my smile!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
